Shipping Terms

We use Styrofoam insulated boxes with a heat pack (if needed) and newspaper packing material. You must report DOA’s, defects, or unsatisfactory animals within 4 hours of arrival.  If during that time your animal passes contact us (and keep the course for proof) and you will receive full credit for the animal only.   Any problems are to be reported via telephone, if there is no answer, please leave a message. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please be sure to leave your name and telephone number and exact nature of the problem. Please do not wait longer than 4 hrs to report; otherwise we cannot honor your claim.

Claim must be filed with Fed Ex  or any Air carrier you use for any freight cost refund. We assume NO liability for carrier loss or mishandling. NO guarantee on shipments sent to extreme temperatures. (Below 40 deg and above 90 deg) or shipments that are delayed or mishandled by the carrier. We reserve the right to delay shipments when conditions exist that may jeopardize the safety of the animals.

We offer a 5 day health guarantee on all orders excluding Amphibians.  No Live Arrival Guarantee on Amphibians at any time.  Unless otherwise specified.

It is the buyers responsibility to know the restrictions and laws of their states regulating agencies. Prior to placing an order.

We accept wire transfers, Credit Card, Pay Pal, Google Checkout, Cashier’s Checks, and Postal Money Orders. Personal Checks will be accepted with a 7-10 holding period until the check clears in good funds.
